Walter Ledda

Chief Executive Officer & Chairman, Morgan Drexen

Walter Ledda, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman, Morgan Drexen, Inc.

Prior to his position as CEO of Morgan Drexen, Inc. Walter Ledda was one of the founding executives of the Ditech Mortgage Corporation, the nation's first Internet-based mortgage provider. Subsequently as an executive with a former debt-relief services company, he pioneered the automation of debt resolution services. Ledda saw a gap in the financial market for the automation of complex documentation and the outsourcing of paraprofessionals to American law firms. He has been involved in the financial world for almost two decades and has implemented complex automation to keep up with society's ever-changing needs. A well-kept secret is that Ledda is a very talented, trained concert orchestra violinist. His passion for music and children has recently led to an affiliation between Morgan Drexen and the Make-A-Wish ® Foundation and the Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC).

In recent months Ledda has encouraged Morgan Drexen and its employees into signing a pledge with the Children's Hospital of Orange County to help raise $25,000.
