Offering efficient support systems for consumer advocate attorneys who wish to provide legal services to the underprivileged is the mission of Morgan Drexen. Returning America to a debt free standard of living for these consumers is our collective mission with the attorneys we provide support for. This is in response to the staggering amount of consumer debt and the abuse unleashed upon the consumer with unfair collection practices that has all but crippled the American family. The use of binding arbitration clauses is a clear example of the banking industries attempt to subvert and prevent consumers from exercising their rights to a properly structured defense. The formation of Legal Collection attorneys representing the banking interests to the great disadvantage of the American consumer who until Morgan Drexen did not have the economic resources to properly defend themselves. Morgan Drexen believes that it is imperative that prevent the dissemination of false and misleading advertisements that all but induce the widespread abuse of personal credit through the misuse of credit cards. The false promises of prosperity through credit and the constant marketing of affordable monthly payments has driven the American consumer to finance their current day-to-day cost of living by mortgaging their future earnings.

Morgan Drexen approaches its mission to the American family with the understanding that the core problem resides in the mind of the American public. As Americans, we need to be re-educated on the merits of financial discipline. We look to the lessons of past generations and learn that there is a difference between the way the WWII generation and the Baby Boomer generation understands and uses money, all of which is well-documented. What has always been and will always remain in the deepest thoughts of the WWII generation are the experiences and the suffering brought upon by the Great Depression. This experience has molded the WWII generation to think of credit as a necessity only to be used in times of desperate need. The use of credit for this older generation has always been a temporary solution or need. The quest to be “Debt Free” outweighed the natural impulse to indulge in the accumulation of nonessential goods and services.

Morgan Drexen Integrated Legal Systems is a service provider who knows that it is within the efficiencies of what we offer attorneys which allows for the services provided to the American consumer. Morgan Drexen does not solicit funds yet we encourage all corporations to apply a portion of their corporate charity to the support of financial literacy educational programs. We selectively choose corporations that uphold our mission as its primary objective in bringing America back to a Debt Free Standard of Living.
