CHOC Children’s – Our Goal $25,000
As a company with a big heart and an interest in the local community Morgan Drexen has signed a pledge to raise $25,000 for the Children’s Hospital of Orange County.
The employees of Morgan Drexen will hold fundraising events throughout the year in the hope of raising $25,000 within the next 5 years.
“I am proud to be the CEO of a company with so many caring employees who are willing to give up their time and efforts for such a worthy cause. Morgan Drexen operates nationally but we realize the importance of supporting our local community,” says Walter Ledda CEO and founder of Morgan Drexen.
In 2012, through various fundraising events at Morgan Drexen the employees have raised over $18,000.
For more than 45 years, CHOC Children’s has been steadfastly committed to providing the highest quality medical care to children. Affiliated with the University of California, Irvine, our regional pediatric healthcare network includes a state-of-the-art 238-bed main hospital facility in the city of Orange and a hospital-within-a-hospital in Mission Viejo.
CHOC Children’s hospital was named the ‘2009 Leapfrog Top Hospital’. It also earned the Silver Level Cape award from the California Council of Excellence, the only hospital in California to ever earn this distinction.
