Morgan Drexen First Corporate Sponsor of Orange County-Based Charity Pure Game
Morgan Drexen’s CEO Walter Ledda proudly presents Pure Game with $1,000 sponsorship donation.
Morgan Drexen has proudly announced a partnership with Pure Game as the charity’s first corporate sponsor.
“I think this charity is a great example of how you can take wonderful sports and be able to help children learn organizational and team building skills that are so important in life,” said Morgan Drexen CEO Walter Ledda.
Pure Game was developed by Tony Everett, who played soccer growing up in England.
“Soccer is a world language,” Everett said at a recent Pure Game practice at the Santa Ana Boys & Girls Club.
“Everyone around the world plays soccer, and it’s a fun sport. It’s an active sport and anyone can play it. All you need is a ball.”
Everett says the teambuilding skills learned on the soccer field translate to the real world through character building, and his goal is to help as many children as possible.
Morgan Drexen signed on a sponsor in 2012. The Costa Mesa-based company supports a number of charities in the Orange County community and recently celebrated its fifth anniversary.
